Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store STARMKM.EU, operated by QTM OÜ, in the version valid at the time the order is placed.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order on our website, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected items.

A contract is concluded when QTM OÜ confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

We aim to confirm acceptance within two (2) business days.

Business days are calendar days in Estonia excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

Delivery is provided across the European Union.

Standard delivery time: 10–15 business days.

Shipping is free of charge unless otherwise stated.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers, the risk transfers once the goods are handed over to the logistics provide

4. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of QTM OÜ until full payment has been received.

5. Payments

Only payment methods displayed during checkout are accepted.

All payments must be completed before goods are dispatched.

6. Product Condition & Liability

STARMKM.EU sells pre-owned (second-hand) clothing.

All items:

  • Are carefully inspected before sale

  • Have their condition described on the product page

  • May show minor signs of previous use

Due to the nature of second-hand goods:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Fraud or intentional misconduct

  • Death or personal injury

  • Any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law

7. Consumer Information (Distance Selling)

  1. a) Customers may correct input errors before submitting an order using the website’s editing functions.
  2. b) Product characteristics are described in each product listing.
  3. c) Contract language: English (or other available website language).

9. Governing Law

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
